| | Studied singing at Guildhall School of Music and Drama, after gaining English degree at Manchester University.Have sung as soloist with chamber choir at Queen Elizabeth Hall, Purcell Room, Southwark Cathedral, St John's, Smith Square London. Performed with orchestra: Mahler's Lieder eines fahrenden Gesellen, Elgar's Sea Pictures, Brahms Alto Rhapsody. Give recitals with piano accompaniment; wide repertoire including French, German, Italian, Spanish, Catalan, English song. Opera: played Carmen in November 2001, and other mezzo parts in non-professional companies. Would like to meet a very competent pianist to work on repertoire and give recitals in London in a variety of venues.
