| | Abigail Blackman is a young professional freelance cellist. With a BA hons degree in music from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Royal College of Music, London. Abigail has extensive experience in all areas of performance, as well as being an extra for the BBC National Orchestra of Wales she has worked with orchestras such as the National Chamber Orchestra of Wales, the National Concert Orchestra of Wales and Sinfonia Cymru and has also appeared on BBC 2 Wales. She will also be working with bands on recordings and live performances of their work. Abigail recently gave a solo recital in Gloucestershire with pianist Michael Haynes to great acclaim.
