'Stunning' - Classic FM Since its formation in 2017, the Piccadilly Sinfonietta have become a regular feature on the UK concert scene, giving up to 100 performances a year in some of the country’s most beautiful and prestigious venues. The ensemble comprises some of the most prodigious musical talent and performs exclusively with leading virtuoso soloists. The group performs under the artistic direction of its founder, concert pianist Warren Mailley-Smith and focuses on the virtuoso concerto repertoire of the baroque, classical and early romantic periods. |

In 2022/23, for the first time ever, we are taking our choir room on the road with a UK and Ireland tour - come and sing with us a selection of choruses from Messiah by George Frideric Handel! We would love absolutely everybody to join us, whether or not you have ever sung with us, or even sung in a choir! When you sign up, you will receive all the resources you need to learn/revise and practise your part, note-by-note, including online overview sessions for each voice part and full choir the week before the event, where you can meet other attendees in the live text chat. On the day of the event our award-winning conductor, Ben England BEM, will lead everyone in workshops to rehearse a selection of choruses, with his characteristic charm, fun and inspirational musical direction. Then he will conduct us in an unforgettable early evening concert performance.
