| The choir is one of the best voluntary parish church choirs in London - indeed, in central London it is the only one that is entirely voluntary! It is made up of around 25 committed and experienced singers. The choir sings at the Parish Eucharist and at Choral Evensong each Sunday, and for some major festivals. The choir goes on two cathedral tours a year, and from time to time also gives concerts. New recruits are always welcome. Membership is by audition or equivalent.

| I am an experienced guitarist, vocalist and song writer. I used to record rap songs and dance on stage. I have been on stage about 8yrs. I also used to be a lead guitarist of a club band in Sofia Bulgaria. I am a black African living permanently in Bulgaria. My styles of guitar music is very close to that of the legend guitar player Jimi Hendrix. He inspired me a lot in my walk with the guitar but nonetheless I still have my own personal approach to the music. I have recorded many songs that I wrote and now hoping and praying to find sponsorship to publish them. I am ready to perform, the stage is where I belong. God bless you for reading it.

| Based in the City of London, we are a friendly choir that performs regularly in beautiful City churches and other venues. Rehearsals are held on Tuesdays, 6.15-8.15 pm at the NatWest building, 1 Princes Street, right next to Bank station (Exit 1). The City Chorus welcomes new singers in all voice ranges. If you are enthusiastic, have a good, true voice, and can attend rehearsals regularly, then come and give us a try! Best of all, there are no auditions : some choral singing experience and music-reading ability would be an advantage, but not essential, as all works are thoroughly rehearsed over the course of each term. The musical director of the choir is Paul Ayres, who also conducts the London College of Music Chamber Choir and the Walbrook Singers. He is associate accompanist of the Crouch End Festival Chorus, and works extensively as a composer and arranger.
