| Pesaro Details: Web site | Rossini Opera Festival Opens with a new production of La donna del lago, conducted by Fran&cvdil;ois Lopez-Ferrer and staged by Johannes Erath, who returns to Pesaro following his 2024 production of Ermione, which won the Abbiati Prize for Best Production of the Year. This will be followed by a revival of the acclaimed 2018 staging of Adina by Rosetta Cucchi, this time conducted by George Petrou. The third opera on the programme is another new production: Tancredi, conducted by Yves Abel and directed by Paul Curran, making his Festival debut. The programme will conclude with the Petite messe solennelle, conducted by Francesco Lanzillotta. |
